Oriol Llahona was born in Barcelona in 1977.
He studied Industrial Design at Elisava Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, Universität Essen, University Southampton and Graduated in 1999 and Postgraduated in 2004. Internship at Franc Fernàndez Arquitecte where he learned to extract the essence and the soul of things.
After working under the trademark of Positiu for some years, he established by his own in 2011.
In 2012 he was called to join PHILPS in ShenZhen, China, for 3 years designing home luminaries and assuming its Creative Direction .
Currently, he’s leading his Design Studio and working for worldwide companies providing design solutions. His works have been shown at Milan, Frankfurt and Tokyo.
